I thought I needed brakes because they sounded like the were no pads. After taking Wheels off the gentleman advised me the were 75 plus on good side and didn’t require a replacement at this time.Most other shops I am familiar with would have replaced like new pads but this gentleman only needed to Blow out heavy dust at No Charge.They sold me on their HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM. I will be back in future and I Highly recommend their facility!!!

You all did not change my oil filter!Two weeks ago I went to my regular mechanic to get my oil changed, he asked me had I had my oil changed since the last time he changed it, in which I replied yes. He asked who changed it, I told him express in tuscaloosa across from Hokkaido. He proceeds to pull my oil filter out, and states This is the same exact filter I put in your car with the last oil change I did for you. ( This was last year)I called and asked which filters do you all use, in which you guys respond Valvoline. I tell you guys this entire scenario and was only offered for you all to change my oil again.I dont want you all to touch my car ever again! A refund would have been a much better option. But I’m never coming back to get serviced by you all.
