Spoke to a Pat Martinez , very rude and unprofessional, very poor customer service (over the phone experience ). This facility was moved to Crystal City from Carrizo Springs and is there for people who need assistance. How can you go to work and not assistance those with questions and concerns? That’s the job you applied & got hired for. Just because I can not see your face over the phone does not mean the tone in your voice does not go unnoticed. I am unsatisfied with receptionist customer service, I also got hung up on after thanking her for checking my status, although I did have a few more questions. I was informed no one is in office due to covid , they work from home. This facility , people in the county and surrounding areas rely on the receptionist to hold down the fort and answer a phone call. Training & coaching on answering phones SHOULD be refreshed TIME TO TIME .
