The girl that helped me out was great and knowledgeable about the shoes that we were looking at. Ended up getting a pair for my son and husband. She also helped me order a pair for myself. Overall great experience. Even when I called about the order because I live in Waco and just wanted to check on it that girl was great too. Received my shoes in less than a week and I love them!!!

I went in this store on Wednesday looking for a snake skin purse that they had online. And I stood there without being asked if they could help me. Some were busy playing with a kid in the store. The other girl had some type of chart doing inventory I guess. I had to ask if they had the purse and was quickly told look up on the walls and if I didn’t see it they didn’t have it. Poor customer service. No extra help or redirection of another purse.. NOTHING.
