Worst Experience I’ve encountered. My husband and I returned some earrings, and were going on 3 weeks of not receiving our refund. Every time we call they tell us to give it a couple more business days and continue to give us the run around. I’m getting tired of dealing with this situation but I want my money back. The store was useless when I called they said they “couldn’t do anything about it” to call customer service. I will NEVER purchase or recommend this place again.

Worst place ever to buy anything, I lost a $ 1,800 piece of jewelry because they decided that my name was not on the repair ticket ,eventhough I showed proof of ownership of item. Anyone have any ideas of what can be done?
