I checked in my 2021 hybrid SUV because it felt as if it didn’t charge properly.After two days of “test” I was informed they couldn’t find anything and the car was ready for pickup.When I got there no one was available to speak with me.The results:1. The same problem still happened. I started the car, it gave me a 16mile range for the electrical engine. I left the shop, turned right on Santa Monica and before I even reached Lincoln it jumped down to 14miles range.2. I left the car at the service with half of the tank filled up. I got it back empty – in the red.3. Also I got it back dirty. It didn’t even get a rinse.I was asked twice by an automated system how my feedback was. I texted this exact feedback back twice. No reply. Then I got the automated reminder to leave a review. So here you go.

This is a good car dealership, although they have less on the lot than I would like. I went in for a new car and ended up getting the deal I wanted when walking out. Houman is the salesman who helped me and Henry was my finance guy. Both are stand up people and although I had to play that car dealership game for too long it all worked out and I got a brand new BMW out of it.

Slow and consequently, overpriced. Mechanic held my car overnight “as precaution”. Ended up getting charged for an extra 2 hours and on the invoice, no action was performed. Will definitely consider third party vendors going forward, even though it might penalize my lease agreement. Hope that puts into perspective of how unfair my service at BMW was.
