Almost all the time there are no lines, and if there is a line, it goes by quickly. The customer service in the store is great! I mostly have amazon returns and they take them with no issues – quick and to the point! Great location.

It’s a small place and they take excellent Covid precautions with regard to only allowing 2 people inside , plus staff, at any time., and depending on the volume you may need to want in line outside. HOWEVER the service and speed of the staff is excellent -they are extraordinarily helpful, professional ad friendly. In addition you can now do Amazon returns there with an online scannable refund code- WITHOUT packaging the return. Just show them the code and they wil do it all for you. That IS convenient.
