Good experience overall. I rented fork extensions and they had them there ready to go the same day. But no one did a once over of the equipment when I picked it up, so when I went back to return their already bent fork extensions they kept me there for 20 minutes and tried to tell me it was my fault. Ultimately they said it was fine and I wasn’t charged but really all it would have taken was one employee to check the equipment out and take note of the condition before I left instead of waiting till it comes back and giving me a hard time. I’d go back, but definitely inform them of the condition of their own equipment before taking it because they clearly don’t.
