Bradley was a HUGE help. We came in because of a billing mishap that was unrelated to this location and to be honest we were ready to cancel our service entirely. Bradley was able to not only lower our bill using my workplace discount but also provided two new phones at pretty close to ZERO cost to us, and all we had to do was trade our phones. I’ve been a customer since I bought my IPhone 3GS way back in the day, then upgraded to a 6+, my wife and I considered switching carriers, we shopped around at T mobile and Verizon here in Port Washington, but found Jacob’s customer service the most welcoming. Jacob was absolutely professional friendly and exuded cool confidence. It was a great experience for start to finish!
