RUDE EMPLOYEES, I know y’all get annoyed when people call about releases but THATS YOUR JOB, it is your responsibility to answer every single customer phone call whatever you have the item or not. I just spoke with someone just now and said “Our manager dont like it when people call everyday” like who cares its your dam job. No matter how many times a customer rings your phone daily, that is your job and do your job.

Visited 03/07/21 first time. All staffs was very nice to me.

I won a pair of Yeezy carbons, and I requested to time change. Nobody ever did it for me so I had to call again and luckily the employees had an extra. They however failed dot inform me do what time to pick it up AND that there was a first come first server after. So I won the raffle yet I never got the shoes because of terrible and poor informative staff. Very disappointed in this store.
