My two antique wool rugs came back smelling a lot better than when they were dropped off but… they had both been shrunk quite a bit I had been concerned about color loss, not shrinkage, but there you go.

They cleaned my rug and hand-tied some of the knotted fringe needing repair. The rug now looks great. I also bought a pad from them. The owner told me some information about my rug (from Nepal) which I did not know. A friendly and helpful place – I would use them again
