A HUGE Thank You to Alex! *short backstory* Yesterday, I had a phone horror story and my phone is now at the bottom of a small lake. I went into the store to get a new one today. Alex was awesome at walking me through everything, getting a new phone and helped me get it set up as close to my lost phone as possible. He just has a kind heart and really wanted to help. I will definitely return to this store specifically for anything else I need!

The AT&T representative that came to install my router at home was very friendly, great attitude and stayed professional throughout his visit.
