We just worked with Albany Subaru to trade in our 2015 (manual) Forester for a 2017 automatic model. The Albany Subaru team, and Dante Green in particular, were fantastic. They were very patient in explaining our options, and we never felt pressured. They were also exceedingly fair with our trade-in price, adding some extra value to account for a missing maintenance record on our purchased model.
