Honestly it was awesome I was actually coming back into the store to exchange a sweater that my man had previously bought. I still wanted the sweater, but it was too small. Kaylee (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) the store manager greeted me as I walked in, and I explained my situation and even though it had already been more than 30 days the (white) sweater was in great condition still. But they didn’t have the size I needed… So Kaylee offered to order it with no extra fees, free shipping when it comes to the store. Not only that but it only took maybe 3-4 days!

Bought a pair of bindings from here. They didn’t quite fit my board but the guy told me they should be fine but to go try it out and if they don’t work then bring them back. Tried to bring them back and manager told me no because I wore them. I tried to explain to her what her salesman told me and he was even there at the time and said the same thing I did. I want trying to get money back just switch them out for New ones that work on my board.
