I chose this lumber company because of the great reviews I got from some friends of mine. However, the recommendations proved to be false as I was meet with inconsistent customer service from the salesman. We have been working on this project for months and would try to communicate in order to get the necessary products, but he would blatantly leave me on read. In general, the customer service at this institution was selective and very underwhelming. If you are looking for consistency and unbiased quality customer service I would look else where.

4 years ago I chose windows for my home construction. Shortly after the house was done a crew came to clean the dirty windows. Two windows were not able to be cleaned because they had lost their seal. Contractor and I got in contact with zarsky but they just gave me the run around. They never returned my phone calls and basically no one cared. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility are poor customer service traits. I warn the general public from shopping here.
