I was running late i wasn’t sure if i was going to make it to the store in time before they closed, I gave the store a call they were nice enough to agree to wait for me if I didn’t make in time. (I made it 10 minutes before they closed lol) But i Love the customer service! The 2 young lady’s working in there have some of the best customer service I’ve ever come in contact with! I really wish I would’ve wrote their names down.

Always have an issue with jewelry being sent off for repairs, some employees including the manager aren’t very pleasant. I have witnessed on multiple occasions where they are very kind and attentive IF you are there to buy something but if you’re in to just browse around or send jewelry off for repair they are arrogant and rude. Constantly have bad customer service when inside this location.
