I absolutely used to love this medical supply however, since they have changed ownership the customer service and the accessibility has gone to hell in a handbasket. It takes forever to get through to somebody, Doctors have to fax orders multiple times and the customer service received when trying to get your order or check on your order is absolutely appalling. Will not use this company again!! Do not recommend!

The respiratory lady, Yolanda, was awesome. The rest of the experience has been a NIGHTMARE! The sales and billing departments have lost paperwork, lost payments, lied about cost of supplies, lies after lies. Communication with the main office is unreliable and never the same information twice. Chose another supplier if you can! Do NOT trust that the cost they quote, even though they say they contacted your insurance to verify. It will not be the price you are charged! Do NOT give them a credit card; they tell you a low price and then charge a much higher one and blame it on your insurance- you know, the one they verified the price with?

Customer service is horrific! I have been billed for something that should go through insurance. I have made five attempts to contact customer service. Called the local office and she was unable to help me. Sent an email to their billing and it was blocked. Can’t believe they are still in business with their customer service and billing issues. I need other options for my mother!~
