Rating one star because I can’t rate you lower than that. Between the constantly failing service, slower than advertised speeds and inability to talk to an actual customer support person the services offered by Comcast are a dumpster fire.Update 1/21/21: Service is consistently getting worst. And the supplied modem frequently being unresponsive and Comcast reps giving non-answers to questions. I’m not exactly sure what I’m paying for as I’m confident sending data via carrier pigeon would be faster than Comcast.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Awesome service! My situation was a bit atypical, I came in twice because I was not entirely sure I’d have compatible cables but the staff was super professional and helpful. I think the name of the guy was Sean, setting up my account took some time but he was very patient and friendly throughout the process.
