Called ahead about a sander. Drove an hour and a half from Guntersville, get to store walk in, tell sales guy im here to look at tools I called ahead for and he then walks to other side of store. I stand around Festool tools for 10 minutes obviously looking at what I had called ahead for. Had questions about stock and different options. They dont bother to even acknowledge me. Horrible customer service
