Had no idea that they carried aerie bras and underwear at unBEATABLE prices so I’m so pleased with my finds! I haven’t been to a Ross in ages so it was nice to see brands I actually recognized, especially in makeup (Becca, Bare Minerals, Too Faced)Checking out is a pain but I suppose that’s how all Ross stores are …

I’m buying a live edge coffee table at this location today. The table is good price, worth 4 star rating on price. But the service is 1 star. Therefore 2 star rating.I asked before buying this heavy item that if someone would help me to carry out to my car. The guy with a Stop Loss Uniform ( working at Ross) said yes, and show me where to pay. After I paid, that guy only help me carry it to the store entrace, and gestured several times, that as store policy he could not cross the door thresholds. So 2 guys in Stop Loss Uniforms just staying there watching, and don’t care whether I can maneuver to carry it to my small truck or not. Then a large woman employee agree to hold the other end to bring it out to the curb, which is about 50 feet from the store entrance. At the curbside she kept saying that she was supposed to drop it at the curb, not to load it onto the car, and that because the Covid19 she could not do it. I told her we were doing it outside, so why the Covid19 would affect helping me at all. All the employees involved showed their reluctance in helping me during the whole time. I did not feel being welcomed when buying at this store. They have 2 Stop Loss guys mulling around at the entrance, and not one employee designated for helping out customers on heavy furniture! That tells a lot about what’s the store manager’s main concerns is.
