Wow I don’t know where to begin. We’ve been customers here for over 4 years and times got tough and we ended up pawning several items $1500 total to be exact over different time periods. Well we finally were able to work on getting all our stuff out of pawn. On this particular one we had over$500. We couldn’t make it the day it was due so my husband called and talked to the owner Carlos who has extended it for us before. Well he told my husband he would extend it till Monday and put it in the note section on the computer. So Monday came my husband went to pick up our stuff and they said it was all taken to auction. This time we dealt with some other guy and Carlos wife. They said there was nothing written in the note section. Today we finally got the end of our stuff, and they are like see you next time. Um I don’t think so you guys are a bunch of con artists. I rather pay new prices then even buy anything there. I lost several rings, tools, and more. Do not shop here if you need money you are better off taking out a payday loan.

Very knowledgeable staff. They have a good variety inventory to choose from. The group at Wimpy’s have been extremely helpful when I stop by and try to answer any questions I might throw out. All and all very good experience that keeps me coming back. I’ve been to a lot of Pawn Shops and these guys get high marks for their service. Thanks for being there when we need you.
