First off i wanted to say thank you so much!So i ordered flowers for my moms bday. Im in idaho so i just gave them a ball park of what flowers i wanted (carnations specifically) and a price range.. come the day of my sister picks up and although the arrangement was beautiful it didnt have some of the flowers i requested. I called the lady and asked if she could add a bit more/change it up a bit and that i was willing to pay more (there was no Carnations). She was sweet and worked with me on what i wanted changed. She sent me a pic of the flowers as well and did not charge me more for the changes. Which i truly appreciate because we just really wanted to make it perfect for my mom. I will definitely be ordering from her again in the future for any other arrangements. The arrangement was beyond my expectations, i truly loved the changes she made. Great customer service over all.
