After they gave the car back to me, I drove home and opened up the hood.

I took my car in for an alignment in the morning 2 days ago. They told me someone would call when it was ready. At 4:45 I called and was told that they had called twice (nothing in my call history) and that they were closed and I could pick up my car the next day even though the website said they were open until 6:00.I went the next morning and picked up my car. All the way home, it pulled very hard to the left. It would literally change lanes within 50 feet of taking my hands of the steering wheel.I took the car back again the next day at 8:00 a.m. to have it re-aligned. They said again that they would call when ready. No call from Wheel Works by 1:30 so I called. Yes, your car is ready the person told me. I went and picked it up. It still puled to the left. I went back and got a refund. While checking the paperwork filled out by the technician named Carlos it was obvious that he was careless in his work. The paper from the first alignment showed the car had 35 lbs of pressure in each of the tires. The car had been sitting for over a week and I don’t remember when I last checked the pressures and filled the tires. I mention this because when I brought the vehicle back 24 hours later to have it realigned Carlos had in tire pressure showing a range of 28 to 34 pounds of pressure in the tire so I assume he never checked them the first time. Whatever the issue is, Carlos is not very good at alignments. It wasted alot of my time with the multiple trips and no car overnight. I need to find some place else to go for an alignment so I will be spending even more time on this. Carlos made no apology and was clearly ambivalent about his work.I would not recommend this store.

DO NOT TAKE LOWERED CAR HERE!The store manager that was on duty the day I went gave great service, and ensured me that the car was gonna be treated right, later called me saying my car wouldn’t be able to get on the alignment machine because my car was too low from my coilovers(IMO my car is not even close to low). Went to a different shop for an alignment where I thought no way I was going to get up there considering these guys couldn’t, got up perfectly fine. Don’t know what happened at wheelworks but don’t want to give a 1-star because the office service was great.
