Went during lunch. Place was understandably busy. Upon taking our order, I thought attendant had gotten the order right because she smiled and kept punching the order into the machine. She asked for my name to call out the order when ready. Turns out, she wrote a completely wrong name. When order was ready, the name was called, and I didn’t know it was my order. After seeing we were the only ones left without our food, I went to ask. Irma, the manager, looked up my name and didn’t see it. The attendant passed by and said with a smirk, “the order is probably his since everyone else has their food.” The manager told me to take it as it was probably mine. I check the food and the food seemed cold. After replacing only the fries, Irma went to our table and tossed the food where we were sitting. I think even just an “I’m sorry we got wrong” from anyone would have made everything a little better. But instead, we get bad service and a smirk. To top it off, there was no ice for the drinks. Terrible service.

Super fast service, I’m talking about your order being ready by the time you’re done getting your drink. The only ding I give this location is that they don’t have a Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine.

I placed a mobile order, pretty straightforward. I received one bag containing 1 burger and 1 order of fries, so i had to go back around to receive the 2nd part of my order which was okay, i know they were busy. I got home only to find that the first bag i was given had a completely different item than what i ordered. i’m not angry or anything, i just feel bad for the person who received my order instead of theirs. the food was very good though, thank you.
