No where on the Amazon site for this product does it cite a restocking fee. Amazon does cite their own return and refund policy.Your email did not make reference to such but states, A refund will be issued. I should have been advised prior to return of any additional charges. I believe I am entitled to the whole price I paid. I wouldn’t have returned the item otherwise.I will not use this company in the future because they were not forthcoming in their Amazon advertisement nor in the email sent.

Bought a saxophone clamp – it arrived broken – I called to explain and was told to return it for a replacement. I spent money on sending it back – and instead of sending a replacement they issued a $1 refund that does not even cover my cost to return the broken item, claiming it is Amazon policy – just do not use them there are plenty of other stores
