My appointment scheduled at 5 pm running behind got there at 507pm my spouse coming in a different car was on his way. Well Andrea the preparer already had an attitude wanting to know who scheduled the appt at 5 pm. Meanwhile other clients were still there with another preparer. She gave him 5 min to get there so now it 521pm . So my husband didn’t arrive in the 5 min so she stated well we have to reschedule We are close. my husband his car across the street I told him turn around it was 537pm. It’s states they close at 6 pm. I passed by at 540pm well they all still inside with the preparer and the other clients. It would have took no more than 10 -15 min of her time. So had to reschedule the next day. But professionalism this preparer lack And no patience. My experience I will not be returning.
