Social Profile :

Since opening in 1959, W.C. Supply has grown from a small spring shop to the largest locally owned and operated heavy duty truck parts distributor in East Texas. A lot has changed, but the commitment to personal service that founder W.C. Edwards instilled in this business, hasn’t. Over the years we have added a spring shop, a driveline shop, a PTO rebuilding shop, and a brake shop, to accompany our vast parts coverage. We strive to be your one stop shop for affordable parts and service in the Tyler area!

We called WC Supply in Tyler about drive shaft and they said we need to speak to Brian. He sounded so good on the phone, telling us to measure it from the yoke to the center of the carrier bearing bracket and we took brand new drive shafts to them. All they where doing was the labor and balance. When we got there, he said it would be $375 and it would be ready tomorrow at noon. When we went back to pick it up, he said the price had changed to $550 and it was way to much, but we we said if you can have it done same day because our truck is out of service and we had to have it done. We asked about the warranty when we went to pick it up and they said their work is guaranteed and had a 1-year warranty from that date. When we went to put it on, it was a half inch to long. And we sent the drive shaft again, he wouldn’t honor the warranty and said we would have to pay again to get it done. We waited an hour there to change his mind, give him a chance to honor the warranty, he wouldn’t do it. We had to take it to Dallas to get it done. If you care about your time and your money, you might want to think twice before you have them work on your business.
