… is nothing impressive at all. Tiny, expensive and very limited. Like they had to put multiple things in multiple locations in the store just to make it seem not empty.

So beautiful!!! We did the Gorge Trail to One Mile Bridge, then came back on the South Rim trail to the Suspension Bridge, then back down to the Gorge Trail to get back to the trail head. So much of God’s glorious creation to enjoy! Make sure you are capable of climbing steps. Wear shoes that will stay dry or can get wet in puddles. Be patient if you go on a pretty day. There are lots of other people enjoying it at the same time. Everyone was very courteous today.

My family and I have gone to Watkins Glen many times over the years. This year was the first time we camped there. What a great experience it was. The scenery and nature are amazing and the campgrounds and facilities are as well. You won’t be disappointed with a stay there and it’s very family friendly as well.

It is simply a must visit place!!! A lot of stairs… so be prepared. We visited with young kids and did 75% of Gorge trail an returned the same way. A lot of puddles so be ready to get your shoes wet and dirty! Carry a snack/ trail mix and water. Definitely a moderate trail.
