If you need to call for any reason, you beeter pack a lunch and clear your schedule. No one wants to answer the phone. Recording will say you are 4th in line, then it just rings. I thing Waste Management needs some mamagent.

2x within a month they are going so fast when they come around curve they pass out garbage can right up because the drive way right before us doesn’t have his at the road every week. They can see his way before getting there, they can’t ours, if his ain’t out they have picked up to much speed to stop.. We pay $16 a month to be picked up once a week, the city pays the same and gets picked up twice a week. I expect mine to be picked up weekly or bring me another garbage can out. Don’t charge if garbage is not going to be picked up!!!!!!

Poor. Drivers don’t care about garbage cans. Continue to just stop them and they land wherever. Garbage can has been broken from dropping and no lid from being dropped. Have pics to prove. Trust me I watch them and see how they treat cans.
