I visited with glasses I’d received through the mail that needed adjustments.

Way they’re going to refund the money I spent on the Rx.

Okay yea, the glasses are spot on and I think most of us know this – great price stylish frames for any personality.Let’s get in to the staff here and how much they care about the safety and happiness of their employees and customers. I have only known Warby to be online , this is the first brick and mortar I have been to and it’s WORTH IT.They have a max capacity it makes sense and you might need to wait your turn, they will ask for your number and will text you when it’s your turn (you have a 10 minute time frame between your text and your arrival). It’s not a problem because there’s so much in that area, just go for a walk – it’s good for you. Once it’s your turn to experience the staff, they are super helpful, professional and funny. They helped my husband pick out some great frames and we laughed the entire time. They will tell you what looks great on you and what maybe isn’t the BEST option. You don’t feel weird when they tell you next on the frames but will support you if you feel otherwise.I can’t say enough great things about these guys especially the evening staff 01/13 about 5:30pm. You three are rockstars and I hope Warby treats you with some Indian Street Food cause that place is fire.Anyways, would recommend, it’s better than the hassle of ordering and returning. Enjoy your day!

Ordered glasses online and went in to get them adjusted, super quick and friendly service. Perfect fit now.. The email follow up survey link wouldn’t load, however 10/10 recommend!

WORST glasses I have ever bought. I tried on five pair, chose the ones that fit the shape of my face best, bought them, and 15 minutes after wearing them and them falling off twice, I decided to adjust them. I did what videos showed me to do, put each side down by the ear piece into a glass of warm water for 30 seconds to make them pliable, then slowly bend each side for a better fit. I thought that was that until I actually had to WEAR them again. For the first 15 minutes everything was fine then when I got up from my computer and they fell off my face again… well… it scared the dogs I screamed so loud. I have tried to adjust them two more times, contacted Warby Parker about returning them, but they will not stay adjusted no matter what I do and Warby Parker doesn’t stand behind their products. Warby Parker??? NEVER AGAIN.Follow up: As you can see Warby Parker replied to this review telling me I can reach out to their Customer Experience team even after I stated I already had (Geez), in order to exchange or return my glasses. Ummm, they’re GLASSES that I see with, they have prescription lenses that Warby Parker did not provide, they never explained on their site how returns work if they don’t sell the prescription lenses to customers, and they have already told me there is no way they’re going to refund the money I spent on the Rx. So, total waste of my life, not just ordering them but contacting Warby Parker originally only to get a sorry reply, then writing this update explaining AGAIN that I was already told I can’t return the glasses. What an utterly RIDICULOUS concept, ordering frames that will have prescription lenses that can ONLY be provided by Warby Parker or consumers can’t remedy problems we have with the glasses!!! They’re crooks and have it all worked out in the beginning.
