unacceptable customer service! I understand that there is an ammo shortage and they get tired of people asking about ammo, but not every customer cares about ammo. I have called with safe purchase questions quite often since I live a bit far away, and every time I call, I have been put on hold for an hour so I hang up. I decided to drive to the store and overheard the employees laugh about how many customers they have on hold that they won’t answer and the customers will eventually hang up. TERRIBLE! I was planning on making a $4000 purchase, but they clearly don’t care about there customers anymore. I have spent thousands in here over the years, but the new staff has deterred my business. Pandemic, ammo shortage or a clown invasion…..it does not matter….people who work with firearms should be more professional than standard businesses, no less!
