Called the establishment and an older man answered the phone with a very depressing tone and mood. I proceeded to ask him for the price and availability of an electric motor. He then proceeded to ask questions that took me time to think. Thinking i didn’t hear him, he YELLED the question for the second time. First of all, I am not def. Secondly, this person needs to have the consideration that some people do not have the knowledge of his dying field and occupation. Seriously, If you ever come to my field, I will make you feel so stupid that you will consider yourself useless and even consider going to back to school at your old age. Who ever owns this business needs to fix his attitude quick.

Wow! What can I say about this fabulous find. I went in to have my vacuum checked out. It wasn’t working correctly. Ty was the best. He educated me on my dyson Vacuum and why I was having issues with it. It why it wasn’t the best vacuum for my needs. (I have three dogs). I asked him what he would recommended. He did not push me and Ty was very considerate of my price point I wanted to keep at. I left with a Miele canister vacuum that is so quite I couldn’t wait to vacuum the house. What a huge difference! My house feels so clean. Thank you Ty.
