Consistently horrible service from this location and full store. The vision center closed at 6pm, although the sign says 7, and the posted hours say 8pm.My child’s glasses have been held hostage at this center since last week, as each time I stop by the center is closed (despite the posted hours). Really disgusting, and store employees/customer service cannot help. Management (pictured with back turned) refused to look at me in the face (too busy with stuffed animals) or address my concerns. My daughter has suffered from low vision in school because of this delay. Never again.

I am trying to make an appointment and the vision center is never open and people never answer the phone. I called customer service and they paged them and transferred me several times with no luck. I guess I will not be using them
