I am seriously amazed from start to finish with everything about my oil change. Calling in and talking with the service receptionist was a breeze, and she had personality! She was super helpful for my first time at this location. When I got there, even though they were busy, every person was clear, attentive and honest with the wait time. While waiting in the lounge area, I kept to myself but it was quiet and clean. When my car was ready, it was washed, tires inflated, and ready to go! I can’t wait for my next oil change here! (Does anyone ever say that?! Lol)

I recently moved out of SF and into the suburbs, which has been quite an aDvEnTuRe without a car. After reading many forums and threads for weeks, I ended up calling BMW SF because they’re known for being the friendliest BMW dealership in the Bay.Winston picked up the phone and had the calmest voice. You know how some other dealerships pick up and are kind of judgey and try to pre-qualify you off of one conversation? That is the worst feeling and, after talking to other dealerships (ahem Concord), it was like day and night to talk to Winston. I let him know that I’m very motivated to buy and he talked through every question I had on the phone (there were many questions in covid times!). He pushed for the offer price I wanted and even offered to do a complimentary delivery of the car to my front door. To sum it up, I had a phenomenal buying experience with BMW SF.There were a good amount of paperwork (it took about 20 minutes to complete) but Winston was wonderful help in explaining the importance of each form and signature and the next steps he was going to take with the DMV so I wouldn’t have to worry about contacting them. The paperwork was done in person, and outdoors with masks on and I felt safe during the entire process. He did let me know that BMW SF was a few days away from moving to digital signatures, so anyone looking to buy now has it even easier.I have Amazon Prime and am used to 2-day deliveries and, I have to say, this car was delivered to me in about 2 hours once I was approved. If you’re shopping for a quarantine toy, BMW SF is amazing compared to BMW Concord, MTV, Peter Pan, and Stevens Creek – and if you are lucky enough, hopefully, you can get Winston too!
