I would never recommend this service nor will I ever return for other service.

I spent a lot of money (too much) and the person I dealt with was rude on both occasions that I was there (to order and for pick up). When I was there to pick up, I was handed my glasses and a paper, without instructions. So I read the (5) paragraphs and proceeded to follow the instructions that I read. The woman, very loudly, said “don’t follow that! Just tell me if you can see it!”. Then I asked about any additional instructions about the transitions and she replied in a very condescending manner “what about it?”. Really? I’m very perturbed with her lack of customer service skills.I would never recommend this service nor will I ever return for other service.

Unprofessional.

I have to start out first saying that I loved the sales staff, they were very helpful. The thing I hated most was not even 6 months after I purchased my glasses they started breaking. When I called to see about getting them fixed there was nothing they would do. Now 9 months later I am looking into finding somewhere else to buy glasses from because the ones I bought from Wal-Mart did not last. They were cheaply made, but I guess the expression you get what you pay for comes into play once again and bites me.
