My only big complaint is no self checkouts and very few registers open with lines backed up all through the store it’s like shopping during Christmas everyday. Shows poor management and customer service. Besides that though it’s business as usual at Walmart.

At this point something needs to be done! I’m a community shopper but I am deeply disappointed in the way my local Wal-Mart is being managed. I went shopping this morning. At 7:19am on a Saturday morning, they only had 1 register open, with a line that stretched to the produce section… WHICH INCLUDED AN EMPLOYEE!!! A young lady walked out with a till to a second register and a shopper in front in front of me asked if she was about to open and she ignored him! So I approached her at the register, asked if she was about to open, and she replied No. So I asked I why was she putting cash in the register? She replied, we have to put out all the tills first. That was it. I returned to the line and relayed the message to everyone who had inquired. However, I became so disgusted with that reply, I just abandoned my buggy and left the store. My last few shopping experiences have been less than pleasing, even my last pick up there (NEVER AGAIN!) Which is why travel a little further to Ann St. or Atl Hwy for my shopping. This store needs a makeover. It’s the only store in the tri-county area that doesn’t have self-checkout and is still doing 1 way in, 1 way out. Management retraining customer service training something.
