Where do I start? I began calling in my refill about 3 days early because there seemed to be a problem getting it filled. Even that didn’t help. The last time, I called before I went out to pick it up, (I live all the way across town), and was told that it was ready. When I got to the store, I was told that it wasn’t ready. When I told the woman that I’d called, asked what I could do to make the process easier, she snarled, that if I didn’t like it, I could have it transferred. I thought that was a great idea and promptly did that very thing. Borger has other pharmacies that refill in a timely manner and without the rudeness.
