**Customer service is lacking! Be warned!** Customer service is quite terrible. I was placed on hold by Michael, for him to check information (which Triston left the day before and no one answered the phone line when I called yesterday afternoon). After a lengthy hold, Michael came back to the phone and had no idea why he had placed me on hold. After going through the information a third time with a second person, I am yet waiting on a prescription to be transferred. What should have been a very simple process, (I’ve completed this process with other pharmacies seamlessly) was made indescribably difficult by this pharmacy and the people staff who answer the phone and take the information. If at all possible, have your prescriptions filled SOMEWHERE ELSE. You have been warned!!!!
