Called walmart auto care center. Let the phone ring for 3 minutes. No answer! Are you kidding me!! I had to choose one star but not worth it!!

I had never used the Walmart auto center before. They made an appointment for me on short notice, they helped me through tire selection, and i was able to shop while the worked on my car.This is an amazing advantage as I have a two year old and sitting in the little waiting room at most auto places with a child gets stressful.You get a little ticket that you can scan at any price checker that will show your progress and they call your name out over the intercom when it’s ready.Pricing was competitive, job was done well, and it was completed faster than expected. I can’t find anything to complain about.

Hours clearly state open until 7. I got there yesterday at 4:45 and was told they’re going home. Whatever that means. As if I needed any more reasons not to do business with Wal-Mart, here’s one more.
