As a customer I had an urgent need to use the public restroom, but a female employee there informed me that both of the restrooms were out of commission. And as an end result I had an embarrassing moment , and ended up having an accident on myself. What if I had been an elderly person a small child or pregnant woman, in dire need of their restrooms. My next thought was what was all the employees they’re using and to call and inform corporate. The worst experience of my life.
