Waited more than 30 mins to pick up a simple drug even though I called to pick it up earlier. It looks like pharmacist knows nothing. Can’t tell the difference between refill and new prescription, don’t know what drug I am picking up and ask me to call my doctor but can’t explain to me why.

I found the Pharmacy to be very fast and professionally,I’m sorry to say I’m with Kaiser Permanente now so I will not be getting my Medicine no longer at Walgreens,but thank you the service.

This location is easy to miss if you are driving down San Pablo because of the trees and lack of storefront on that side. The parking lot is difficult to exit as there is only one direction that you can go. To get back to San Pablo, you must make a u turn. There are always panhandlers outside. There are frequently high or intoxicated patrons inside. This location is in need of an update on the interior. Staff is hard to find and not always the most helpful.
