The WORST Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. Not only did they just randomly decide one month that they no longer wanted to fill my medication before seeing id, even though I’ve been using them for the past 6 months and never had a problem with my doctor calling it in after our appointment and going to pick it up that same day but they also completely messed up one of my medications, by giving me only 30 when it was supposed to be a 90 count of medication, even the label on the bottle that had 30 pills in it said 90, but when I called to tell them they basically called me a liar and said I’d have to show proof in order to have something done about it, which I didn’t mind, but they pretty much refused to believe it was their mess up before I brought it in. One of the pharmacist Tiffany, is extremely unprofessional and rude and I’m not sure how she even still has a job there because every time I go there she is rude. The medication prices go up and down every month and then they say you have to talk to your insurance about it and that they can’t help you and they are just flat out rude and disrespectful. This is the closest Walgreens in the area to me so I hate that it sucks so much but I would rather drive an hour to another pharmacy rather than use this Walgreens again.

The pick up drive thru is always backed up and now the drop off window for COVID testing only! They don’t have proper signs for this so just know that the pick up window is also the drop off window so you will be waiting 3 times longer now! Taking my business somewhere else because they just don’t care and basically think we are lucky to have them serve us.
