I have been coming here for years. Overall, the service is adequate. Sometimes the pharmacy gets it incorrect, and the cashiers or other staff are not necessary top-notch, but I have endured.However, today, i happened to go when the pharmacy was on their 30 min lunch break. Did not know they had one, and that’s okay. They were closed when I arrived (no posted sign) at 1:36 pm. I looked up on my phone and learned 1:30-2:00 was lunch break. I decided to take a 20 minute walk for my health rather than sit in the car. Came back at 2:00 pm. Still closed. Asked a worker, he said 2:15 pm! So I decided to go back and wait in line.By 2:16 pm two workers came and there were 6 people in line who were expecting a 2:00 opening, if they knew at all. Pharmacy Ste….. (won’t finish the name) said they had a customer at 1:30, so they came back at 2:15, when asked if the website needed to be updated (innocent question). S/He also told me San Carlos was open 24 hr with no lunch break. THAT DOES NOT HELP ME! I had pre-paid to this one for my rx.It is a simple solution – think about the customer. POST A SIGN we will be back at xxx. I get you need a lunch break. Perfect. But please communicate. Had I known it would have been longer, I could have easily run other errands or gone home.
