I’m so disappointed my photo. When we saw online, photo was nice and bright, but Walgreens finished up the photo was very dark. I asked the customer service print more bright, but they said can’t. Is that true? I think this is printer’s problem. They don’t want waste time and cost. No more order from Walgreens.

A while back I had a rude encounter with a worker. I went into the store for my online curbside order since the website did not allow me to confirm my order. I had no other choice but to talk to them since it was not my fault for the website not working properly. The worker kept saying that they have a strict policy that they had to follow and said I should’ve stayed in the car. I understood but the worker kept reminding me as if I was unaware about what a curbside pick up was. She should’ve been nicer since I told her that the website did not allow me to confirm. I was being polite and kept calm but her attitude seemed uneasy. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt since maybe she was having a bad day, and with that; others should be aware of their policies.

Many thanks to Cruz for rescuing me from my struggles with the photo kiosk. He showed me how to download the Walgreens app, use it to order photos in-store or at home, and even get a discount! Excellent customer service is a rarity these days, but Cruz is offering it daily at my local Walgreens.
