Yesterday was my second time going to Walgreens in the evening hours and they don’t turn on their parking lot lights on. They don’t care about the customers safety. Across the street of Walgreens the homeless sit around in the bus stop. It’s very dark and you can bearly see outside. Someone can snatch your purse or attack you. am pretty sure they can afford turning on the parking lot lights. The managers should be ashamed of themselves.

They just re-arranged the interior and the place looks good and clean. The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because sometimes the service can be off-putting when cashiers are having a bad day and they let it get in the service provider/customer interaction; for example: no greeting at all when you get to the register, no eye contact, a detached attitude and a hollow tone of voice, and then, to top it off, not even a miserable ‘thank you’.

Would give zero stars if I could. My mother and I have been having an ongoing problem with getting our prescriptions filled for the past 6 months. Our doctor’s office will fax them to the pharmacy and when we call we are told how long it will be then when we return to pick up the prescription they tell us that there is nothing on file.When we were called to give a survey we tried to give a 3 out of 9 rating but the system kept reminding us that 9 was the highest and zero was the lowest. We knew that but YOU DID NOT DESERVE A 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!
