Didn’t go inside Walgreens I went through the drive-thru and this Walgreens on it is on Holland Ave unfortunately there used to be one downtown now there is no pharmacy downtown except a 920 Lark drive which is Whitney Young now there’s no pharmacy downtown on the south end of Albany cuz they closed for some knows reason. I didn’t put there now but there’s no pharmacy downtown now inconvenient

Super poor communication within the pharmacy. Had knee surgery a week ago and I have left the house three times to pick up a medication that I keep being told is ready until I arrive and then get sent away because it’s not ready… super frustrating.After two days now of getting the run around they admit my prescription is lost in there system without a apology and I after today will never be ok stepping foot inside the location.
