I live in Albany, but was scheduled for my second COVID-19 vaccination at this Walgreen’s location. The easiest and best way to describe my experience at this Walgreen’s is to say that if I lived near this Troy location, this Walgreen’s would definitely be my pharmacy of choice. I was met with sincere and excellent customer service from everyone I interacted with. This store is well-managed and staffed with knowledgeable and courteous staff.

This is a good store, the staff are friendly and productive and it shows. I’d give it five stars if they improve their inventory. For example they were out of stamps for a few months.

Pharmacy techs/cashiers don’t pay attention to who is in line and have been waiting forever. Keep on taking those drive thru customers even though I know they pulled up after I was standing at the register. Really annoying. Take notice of your customers! Also their prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid $5. more for the same exact box of claritin than I paid at Walmart. That’s a huge difference.
