Jason helped me get a new phone and get it squared away! Last iPhone I had was an 8 plus with a home button. He gave me a few pointers on the new no home button theme and was able to get my old phone data switched over. About half way through I decided to get my daughter a new phone as well and not only did he go out of his way to help with that, she was also in the stop and he kept it a secret until it was time for the switch!! Very up standing guy and I highly recommend you driving to the Verizon store in Kilgore TX! Ask for Jason! Very knowledgeable! Thanks again

Went here to purchase a phone device.June 4th 202.1 I used this device on the 8th of June device self-destructed camera. Went back to location of purchase cause tech support sent me there. 5.5 hrs later and on the phone I was able to get out from device contract. This store has no customer service skills what so ever. Do not go here. GO TO A CORPORATE STORE.
