I’m old school enough that I want see and touch something before I buy it, especially when spending $1k for technology. Big mistake to go here. There were nothing but screw-ups and problems in upgrading my phone. They said I had to change plans and required me to buy two accessories in order to get the deal on the phone. It took nearly 4 hours to complete the transaction and get new phone loaded. I immediately had to return to the store to get a new sim card because the brand new phone could not make a call. The new plan wasn’t set up properly and it took another three or four hours with Verizon and Verizon security to get everything sorted out. Then I got the bill – not the $10 /month increase they lead me to believe, but a 50% increase in monthly charges. More time needed to work that out with Verizon. In the future, I will go to a company store instead of a reseller.
