Horrible customer service. Purchased a Gizmo watch during a holiday promotion. Informed credit would appear on my statement the following month. Five months later, I still haven’t received credit. I’ve called the store over ten times in the past four months and every single consultant has taken my phone number for the manager to return my call…. I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. BEWARE: Not an authorized Verizon store!
