Outstanding customer service! 2 Jan 2020 I went to 3 different Verizon locations and they all seemed to not know what to do even a corporate location! But as soon as I went to David’s location I got all the help I needed! With me being very frustrated David continued to have a great attitude with me and my sister . My family of four recently switched back to Verizon. I had been dreading it so bad because it is always such a process. Brandon and Jeremy at Parkway Place were amazing. Our transfer was complicated but Brandon was patient and helped us figure out the best path for our family. He was not pushy or salesman like. He answereed all of our questions and transferred all of our information from our old phones. His store was short one of the phones and we were going to have to drive across town on the Friday before Christmas (traffic nightmare) and his co-worker Jeremy offered to go get the phone while we finalized processing the 3 he had in stock. Wow, what customer service. I will always go through Cellular Sales with Brandon and Jeremy. I hope they never leave the company.
